  • It seems that no amount of explaining can give an answer to all possible questions. The FAQs section serves the purpose of dealing with those cases. This is not to say that you should not ask when something is still not entirely clear. But before asking a question concerning::

  • What is the charge for a reservation?
    You can make a reservation free of charge.
  • At what locations do you offer apartments?
    We offer apartments for rent by day in Moscow, Tula and Podolsk.
  • What kind of appartments do you offer?
    In our database we have apartments of different types: single-room, two-room and three-room apartments. All apartments have a full range of amenities and have been newly renovated. Large-scale cleaning is made every time before new tenants check in. The apartments have all the necessary furniture and household appliances, a TV set, a refrigerator, tableware, bedclothes (additional bedclothes sets are available for an extra charge: 200 rubles per set). In our database you can find not only descriptions of apartments but also pictures illustrating each of them.
  • How can you be contacted about questions concerning reservation and rent of apartments by day?
    We have offices in Moscow, Tula and Podolsk. You can call at any time of day, any day of the week.
  • How much is the rent per day?
    The rent for every individual apartment depends on a number of factors:

    • which city the apartment in question is located in;
    • which part of the city the apartment is located in;
    • what transport is available nearby;
    • metric area of the apartment;

    This is why the rent for every apartment should be looked up in the catalogue.
  • Does the rent depend on the number of tenants using the apartment?
    No, it doesnt. However, there are reasonable limitations. Any apartment has a certain number of sleeping places and the rent is determined by that number. Naturally, the number of tenants living in an apartment should not exceed the number of sleeping places. This rule also means that if less people live in an apartment than the number of sleeping places is, the rent will not be reduced.
  • How can payment be made?
    For our clients convenience "Inndays" company has made several methods of payment possible:

    • in cash in one of our offices;
    • by postal order;
    • by bank transfer;
    • by non-cash.
    It is said in the description of every apartment which methods of payment are available.
  • What are the check-in and check-out conditions?
    On the check-in day a deposit is left to guarantee safety of furniture and property and the key to the apartment is given to the tenant. If you use transfer service, one of our managers will meet you at the airport or train station, take you to the apartment and give you the key. You should have your copy of the rental contract with you. The check-in time will be stipulated in the contract. On the check-out day the Inndays manager will come to see the apartment. If necessary, part of the deposit will be withheld as a compensation for damaged property. Otherwise, the deposit will be returned to you entirely and you will give back the key. Transfer clients will then be taken directly to the airport or train station.
  • What can be left as a deposit?
    • your identity document;
    • money equivalent to two daily rent payments.
    The deposit will by all means be returned to you if no problems have arisen during your stay.
  • In what cases do you give a discount?
    Discounts are given if you stay for 10 days or longer and pay the rent for the entire period of your stay. The company may also decide to give a discount in individual cases.
  • What guarantees do you offer?
    The "Inndays" company has been active in the real estate market for 10 years, its activity being absolutely legal. We conclude a rental contract with every client and give them a cash voucher.
  • Will the rent be changed if I reserve the apartment in advance?
    No, the rent will not be changed even if the prices change before you check in.
  • What papers are necessary for checking in?
    In order to conclude a rental contract, you need to have your identity document:

    • passport;
    • servicemans card;
    • military officers certificate.
  • Can the duration of the stay be prolonged while already living in an apartment?
    Yes, it can. All you need to do is notify the secretary or reception manager before 12:00 on any day and pay the additional rent.
  • How can I see an example of a rental contract?
    There is a sample contract in every "Inndays" office.
  • Can I reserve an apartment with your company in advance and how can I do that?
    An apartment for rent by day can and should be reserved in advance - at least 2-3 days before you expect to check in, especially during weekends or holidays. Please bear in mind that it is almost impossible to find an apartment for rent by day on the day of arrival. In order to reserve an apartment in advance just call our office in your city of interest to find out if there is an apartment available during the days that you choose. After that you need to come to our office to sign the rental contract and pay the rent. The apartment is then considered reserved and in order to check in you need to come to our office again with your copy of the contract and take the key. On the check-in day you will also need to leave a deposit.
  • I cannot come to your office to make a reservation. How can I reserve an apartment in that case?
    You need to call one of our managers and make all the necessary arrangements concerning apartment rental and pay the rent using a payment method that suits you best (among those available for a particular apartment). Please remember to call our office to confirm the payment. After that the apartment is considered reserved by you. On the check-in day you need to come to our office again with your copy of the contract and take the key. On the check-in day you will also need to leave a deposit.
  • Is there a check-out time (as in hotels)?
    Check-out time is 12.00. Standard check-in time is 14.00. Early check-in from 8.00 to 14.00 as well as late check-out from 12.00 to 19.00 are charged 50% of the daily rent. Check-in during night time from 23.00 to 6.30 is charged 1500 rubles.
  • Do you offer documents for reporting to the accounting department?
    We offer the following documents:

    • rental contract with all the essential financial and banking information about the company;
    • cash voucher;
    • invoice;
    • certificate of services rendered.
  • How close are your apartments to metro stations in Moscow?
    We are committed to making our clients stay as convenient as possible and availability of public transport is of great importance. In general, our apartments are located not far from metro stations or public transport hubs. You can find more details in the description of every individual apartment.
  • Do you offer assistance to clients from other cities in obtaining temporary registration certificate?
    Considering that you rent an apartment for a short time, you do not need a temporary registration certificate - the Law allows a person to stay in any city of the Russian Federation without registration for a period for up to 90 days. If you still think that you need a temporary registration certificate, you can contact specialized companies that render services of this kind.
  • Is there a parking area nearby (preferably a guarded one)?
    We try to choose for our database only those apartments that are conveniently located, which is why there are paid guarded parking areas near most of our apartments for rent by day. In any case, this information is included in the description of every apartment.
  • Can I be picked up at the airport or train station by a representative of your company and how much will it cost?
    Yes, this is possible. Exact cost of transfer service can be specified if you call one of our offices in your city of interest.
  • Can I rent an apartment not for a day but only for several hours or for one night?
    Yes, you can but the rent will be higher than ordinary rent by day. Besides, the number of apartments available for short term rent is limited. The minimum time that any of our apartments can be rented for is 2 hours. The pricing for the rent by hour is as follows: 2 hours - 50% of the daily rent, 3 hours - 75% of the daily rent. To rent an apartment for more than 4 hours, you will have to pay for the entire day.
  • Can I rent an apartment to celebrate a birthday or any other festive occasion?
    No, you cannot, because all the apartments that the "Inndays" company offers for rent are located in residential apartment houses where noise restrictions apply. In order to maintain relationships of mutual trust with the neighbours we do not rent apartments for celebrations of this kind. If a client manages to rent an apartment to throw a party by fraud, we are informed immediately about that. In this situation the contract will be terminated, the tenant will be evicted and the money (both the deposit and the rent) will be withheld.
  • Are pets allowed?
    No, unfortunately they are not.
  • What is the confidentiality level of your company?
    We do not disclose any information about our clients to anyone except in cases specified by the Law of the Russian Federation.
  • Is your activity licensed?
